BIOGRAPHY / PHILOSOPHY
Began taking photography seriously in the summer of 2021, having pursued it on and off since childhood.
I mainly practice street photography (the street is my natural habitat), but I also enjoy documentary, landscape and travel photography, as well as a little macro photography.
As a musician too, I appreciate the very different, rich and varied relationship with time that photography offers and expresses.
In this respect, I particularly like this quote by Richard Misrach: “Whatever else a photograph may be about, it is always about time.”
I am also a member of the Street Photography France collective.
PROJECTS / EXHIBITIONS
For me, photography is a way of being in the world: an attempt to understand it by simplifying it a little, or to describe it by revealing what is beautiful, amusing or moving within it.
Much like scientific theories, black and white photography offers, in its own way, a wonderful formal framework through which to interpret reality.
I have participated in several group exhibitions in Paris, France and Milan, Italy.
My photography projects are always and consistently evolving.
