TRP© Photographic exhibitions promoted through by theroadphotographer.com are open to all international photographers amateurs and professional photographers, passionate about black and white street photography; if you are interested in participating in one of the scheduled events, you can contact us for an introductory interview and then proceed with the online registration with a simple the digital form on this web page.

After sending the registration request, wait 24 hours for confirmation of the registration; once confirmation is received, you will have to make the payment within and no later than 48 hours, unless previously agreed, using the method indicated during registration.
Photographic Images Format:
The dimensions of the photographic images that will be displayed at the events are in the standard 4/3 format, therefore the classic 30x40 cm; to obtain this professional quality, the images must be sent in Jpg or Jpeg format 4000x3000 pixels at 300 dpi. ( Non-standard images will not be accepted)
Choice of photo for the exhibition:
The photograph will be initially selected by The Road Photographer Team directly from the photographer's Instagram profile, after which the photographer can choose one from those selected or suggest a favorite from outside the initial selection.
Image profile upload:
Profile images posted on the website and in the QR code must frame the face or half-length of the user, and must be at least 1024x1024 pixels in Jpg or Jepg format at 75 dpi or higher. ( Non-standard images will not be accepted).
Presence of the photographer:
The Road Photographer organizes photography events with national and international photographers, often involving distances across continents. Therefore, the photographer's physical presence is never required. However, they can virtually experience the exhibition by viewing content created during the event (images and videos), which are posted online on the @theroadphotographer Instagram channel, and/or requesting a video call via WhatsApp during the event.
Payment metod and time:
Once the online registration has been completed using the form on the page, the user (photographer) will have 48 hours (unless otherwise agreed upon prior to payment) to complete the payment using the available methods: PayPal, Bank Tranfer, Postepay Card (only for Italy).
Image protection and Copyright
All photographic images on the website, as well as in digital exhibitions and publications, catalogs, websites, and social media, are protected by copyright law ( Law No. 633 of April 22, 1941, and subsequent amendments, most recently by Legislative Decree No. 148 of October 16, 2017 ).
This law provides for the protection of "creative intellectual works," including literature, music, the visual arts, architecture, theater, and cinema, regardless of their mode or form of expression; The Road Photographer uses the photographic images submitted in digital format (files) solely and exclusively for the purposes agreed upon with the photographers, such as printing for exhibition purposes and publication in digital catalogs exclusively on theroadphotographer.com media channels.
The photographic images will never, under any circumstances, be shared with third parties without the author's prior authorization. They will never, under any circumstances, be published on channels other than official web site
