TRP-Ambassador© Starting September 2026, a new and exclusive opportunity will open for photographers network members only: become an official photographer for TRP with your own personal profile and reserved domain (theroadphotographer.com/namesurname), a digital web photo gallery, a biography, a direct contact form for communications, and web and social media links.
This professional structure is designed for all photographers and photography enthusiasts in our photography network.
PHOTOGRAPHER GALLERY
A personal photo gallery with 36+6 (best shots) black and white photographs viewable on site in File UHD gallery is fully updatable with 42 new shots every 12 months.
The photos will be published individually every 10 days on the TRP official Instagram channel.

Within this section the photographer's biography will be inserted, with no character limit, where everything regarding his photographic journey can be described.
The section may also include references to exhibitions/events and publications in which the photographer has participated, Links to the photographer's website or to the websites of exhibitions/events (verified links only).
PHOTOGAPHER CONTACT
Within the personal page, the photographer will have a direct and private professional contact form available to communicate with users, directly addressed to their official email address.
The contact form provides the opportunity to insert a form slots dedicated to questions about the eligibility to purchase their photographs.

Register Official Members
Before completing the form, make sure you understand the service and who it's intended for. Only members of theroadphotographer.com network who have received an invitation TRPA code access this opportunity; non-members can request activation only after attending a photography event/exhibition promoted by The Road Photographer.
Ambassador regulations:
To become an official AMBASSADOR of The Road Photographer, you must have participated in at least one MILANO PHOTO EXHIBITION events promoted by theroadphotographer.com at Cafe Gallery Binda5 or Art Gallery Finestreria, and have been selected at least once for the Nominations Photo Awards.
The benefits of being an AMBASSADOR are varied, helping you develop and grow your passion. Not only does it include a personal, private website, but it also includes access to dedicated services and priority participation in exhibitions, events, publications, and initiatives promoted by both theroadphotographer.com and its partners at reduced costs. This allows you to constantly develop your photography with a professional approach and ongoing support.
Selection of photographs:
The 36 photographs + 6 best-shots that will comprise the digital gallery will be selected directly by the photographer, then submitted to The Road Photographer team for review. They will ensure that all photographs are Street Photography and that the file quality meets the required format.
If there are any issues with some images, the photographer will be required to select and submit additional ones.
Photographic Images format:
Photographic images will be presented online in the photographer's profile in the standard 4/3 format, with a minimum resolution of 2560x1920 pixels, exclusively in JPG image format with a resolution of at least 150 dpi. (formats other than the one indicated are not accepted.)
If images in the specified format are not available, cropping may be requested. Once post-production is complete, the images will be submitted to the photographer for approval for publication.
Sending photographs:
Photographs must be submitted after The Road Photographer confirms your registration. They must be sent via WeTransfer, placing the 42 images in a single folder named as follows: Name, Surname, and ID, which will be assigned and communicated to you upon confirmation of your registration by The Road Photographer.
Price and Payment:
Registration for The Road Photographer's OFFICIAL MEMBER service includes a fixed fee of €249.00 per year for the first year and €109.00 per year for each subsequent renewal. This fee includes partial or complete updates of all photographs on the page, renewal of the PDF catalog, and 12-month membership in the TRP Ambassador network.
Once the online registration is completed using the form on the page, the user (photographer) will have up to 14 days to prepare and submit the photographic material to members@theroadphotographer.com.
After submitting the material, the photographer must wait for confirmation of the suitability of the photographic material from The Road Photographer, generally within 48 hours of receiving the material.
Once confirmation is received, the user (photographer) will have 7 days to complete the payment for the service. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or Postepay card (this option is only available in Italy). Please note that a €9.00 fee will apply for payments via PayPal.
The photographer's Ambassador section will be created and published with a dedicated link at theroadphotographer.com/ambassador within 10 days of receiving payment for the service.
Image protection and Copyright
All photographic images on the website, as well as in digital exhibitions and publications, catalogs, websites, and social media, are protected by copyright law ( Law No. 633 of April 22, 1941, and subsequent amendments, most recently by Legislative Decree No. 148 of October 16, 2017 ).
This law provides for the protection of "creative intellectual works," including literature, music, the visual arts, architecture, theater, and cinema, regardless of their mode or form of expression.
The Road Photographer uses the photographic images submitted in digital format (files) solely and exclusively for the purposes agreed upon with the photographers, such as printing for exhibition purposes and publication in digital catalogs exclusively on theroadphotographer.com media channels.
The photographic images will never, under any circumstances, be shared with third parties without the author's prior authorization.They will never, under any circumstances, be published on channels other than official web site theroadphotographer.com and IG Social Media Network @theroadphotographer without the author's prior authorization.
